This workshop will explore critical thinking and problem solving through the lens of behavioral economics. With a mix of hands-on challenges, case studies and interactive knowledge bites participants will explore individual and group biases and practice with effective tools and strategies to enhance their decision making. The workshop will be structured in four sessions:

Session 2 – Mental models and tools Session 3 – Individual biases in decision making Session 4 – Group biases in decision making |
